Please read these Terms carefully before using the 89bd platform. By registering or accessing the platform, you are deemed to have accepted all of the Terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Application
By using the 89bd website, mobile platform, or any associated services, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms apply to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in Bangladesh. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services on 89bd. When using the platform, you must confirm that you are legally capable and eligible to do so.
These Terms should be read alongside 89bd's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other relevant guidelines. Together, all such documents govern the legal relationship between you and 89bd.
Account Registration, Verification & Security
To create an account on 89bd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be terminated at any time. Each user may operate only one account; multiple accounts are not permitted.
As part of identity verification, 89bd may request a National ID, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time. Verification may be mandatory especially during withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
Password Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If your password is lost or compromised, notify our support team immediately.
Single Account Policy
Operating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, or device is prohibited. Any violation may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 89bd platform, you are required to comply with the following terms. Any misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or attempts to harm other users may be subject to legal action.
- The platform may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity through the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting any 89bd staff member is strictly prohibited.
- Abusing promotional offers or bonus systems, or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited.
In the event of any breach of the above rules, 89bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and, where necessary, notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Promotional Terms
All financial transactions on 89bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are currently supported via approved mobile banking methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions made through unapproved methods will not be processed and may not be refunded.
Account verification is mandatory for withdrawals. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 89bd may place the transaction on hold and request additional information. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set in accordance with the guidelines displayed on the platform and are subject to change.
Promotional bonuses and offers are each subject to their own terms, which are clearly stated in the respective offer details. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Bonuses may be forfeited if their terms are breached or if they are misused. 89bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
All transactions are secured with encryption. Never share your payment details with any third party — 89bd will never ask for your password or PIN by phone or message.
Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third Parties
Intellectual Property
All content on the 89bd platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 89bd or its licensors. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
89bd is not liable for any loss resulting from technical errors, server outages, or disruptions to third-party services. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. 89bd is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming activity.
Third-Party Links
89bd's platform may integrate services from third-party game providers or payment processors. These third parties operate under their own terms and conditions, and 89bd is not liable for their actions. We recommend reviewing the relevant policies of any external service before use.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms Policy
89bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, suspected money laundering, or operating multiple accounts.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure — unused balances in closed accounts will be processed in accordance with our policy. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
Changes to Terms
89bd may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
